WE ARE SELLING THIS BEAUTIFUL FRAME OFF RESTORATION OF A 1970 FORD BRONCO. THE RESTORATION WAS FINISHED TODAY, NOVEMBER 03, 2015. THE RESTORATION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING NEW ITEMS:

THE BRONCO HAS THE DUAL FUEL DELETE BECAUSE OF THE 24 GALLON MAIN TANK AND TRANSFER SWITCH DELETION.
NEW SUSPENSION MOUNTED ON A BLASTED, ETCH PRIMED, AND TRIPLE COATED (POR-15 GLOSS BLACK) FRAME, 11 PACK REAR SPRINGS, NEW EXTENDED TRAVEL SHOCKS, BUSHINGS, DROPPED PITMAN, DROPPED TRAC BAR, ADJUSTABLE TRAC BAR, AND NEW BORGESON 14:1 3 TURN POWER STEERING, NEW STEERING SHAFT, NEW POWER DISC BRAKE NO MODIFY MODULE, NEW LINES, NEW PROGRESSIVE 3.5” LIFT FRONT COILS, AND REFINISHED DIFFERENTIAL HOUSINGS. THE FRONT DIFF IS TRUSSED FOR STRENGTH. THE STEERING IS VERY ACUTE AND EASY WITH ZERO PLAY. THE TILT COLUMN IS CHROME WITH A DUAL BORGESON JOINTED SLIP SHAFT. THE WHEELS ARE NEW 17X9 PHASERS WITH 13MM OFFEST FOR STOCK 5 ON 5.5 BRONCO LUG PATTERN. THE TIRES ARE 33X12.50R17 MAXXIS BIG HORN MUD TERRAINS AND THERE ARE (5) OF EACH. BASICALLY BRAND NEW BELOW THE TUB.
THE BODY WAS IN VERY GOOD STARTING CONDITION BUT WE DECIDED TO PUT NEW FRONT FENDERS, NEW HOOD, NEW TAILGATE, AND ELIMINATE THE AUX FUEL ASSEMBLY. THE BRONCO TUB WAS RAPTOR LINED AFTER ETCH PRIMING THE ENTIRE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE TUB. THE EXTERIOR WAS DONE IN TWO STAGE BASE CLEAR” MED. OLIVE METALLIC” WHICH IS A FOMOCO COLOR. WE HAPPEN TO LOVE THE COLOR EVEN THOUGH IT LOOKS BLACK AT TIMES IT’S REALLY A DARK,DARK, GREEN. WE BOUGHT ALL NEW BLACK CHROME DOOR HANDLES, MIRRORS, BLACKOUT BRONCO EMBLEMS AND RELATED POWDER COATED BUMPERS TO GO WITH THE BLACK N GREEN THEME. THE REAR BUMPER IS OUR TRAIL PACKAGE DELUXE .188 WALL TUBE RECEIVER BUMPER WITH SWING AWAY, HITCH, COOLER, FUEL TANK, AND HIGH LIFT JACK HOLDER. THE FRONT INCORPORATES THE SAME TUBULAR CONSTRUCTION WITH A NEW SMITTYBILT 8000 WINCH WITH REMOTE, AIRCRAFT STEEL CABLE, PRO COMP LOAD LIGHTING, FAIRLEAD LICENSE PLATE HOLDER, AND GRADE 8 BUMPER BOLTS. (WE ALSO WELD THE BASE TO FRAME AS A THEFT DETERRENT) THE LOAD LIGHTS INCORPORATE PRO COMP RELAY WIRING AND ARE MANUALLY SWITCHED ON AND TURNED OFF BY SWITCH OR BY IGNITION KEY. THE HEADLIGHTS ARE NEW EXTREME HIGH OUTPUT HALOGENS FROM NAPA, THERE ARE NEW HEADLIGHT SURROUNDS, TURN SIGNAL ASSEMBLIES, MARKERS, BULBS, GRILL LETTERS ALL IN A TWO STAGE SILVER GRILL INSERT. THE HOOD HAS NEW HOOD SHOCKS, THE LIFTGATE HAS NEW SHOCKS, AND ALL WEATHERSTRIPS,GLASS GASKETS, HARDTOP,AND SOFT TOP GASKETS ARE BRAND NEW. THIS BRONCO COMES WITH BRAND NEW BEST TOP SOFT TOP, AN EXTREMELY NICE HARDTOP(WIMBLEDON WHITE) WITH NEW GLASS GASKETS,LIFTGATE GASKETS, WINDSHIELD GASKET AND FRAME GASKET FOR MOUNTING THE HARD TOP. ALL THE BOLT MOUNTS ARE 5/16-18 NUT SERTS SO THE INTERIOR DOES NOT NEED TO BE REMOVED FOR HARD TOP AND SOFT TOP INTERCHANGE. THE VISORS AND WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR COVER WILL NEED TO BE R&R BUT THAT IS ALWAYS THE CASE WHEN SWITCHING TOPS.
THE INTERIOR IS ALL NEW AS WELL. WE RAPTOR THE FLOORS, INSULATE THEM, INSTALL NEW BLACK CARPET, INSTALL A NEW 8 POINT FAMILY ROLL CAGE, THREE POINT LAP/SHOULDER BELTS. DOOR AND QUARTER PANEL UPHOLSTERY, CARPET TRIM KIT, FORD LOGO FLOOR MATS, COMPLETELY MODIFIED DASH WITH RELOCATED GLOVE BOX, ASHTRAY AND SPEAKER GRILL DELETE, NEW CABLES N KNOBS, DAKOTA DIGITAL DASH POD, TILT STEERING COLUMN WITH GRANT SIGNATURE STEERING WHEEL, NEW FACTORY DASH PAD, NEW FASTENERS, AND RELOCATE THE E BRAKE CABLE RATCHET FOR EASE OF USAGE. OF COARSE THE BRAKE, CLUTCH, AND E BRAKE PADS ARE NEW. THE HEATER WAS DISASSEMBLED WITH NEW HEATER CORE, NEW BOLTS, NEW ULTRA HIGH OUTPUT TWO STAGE MOTOR, SWITCH AND CABLE HOOKUP. EVERYTHING DOWN TO THE BACK UP LIGHTS WORKS AS DESIGNED. THIS WAS A TEN WEEK FRAME OFF RESTORATION WITH NOTHING LEFT TO CHANCE. THE LAST THING WE INSTALLED WAS THE 2 ¼” ALUMINIZED EXHAUST WITH DUAL PIPES AND A STAINLESS MAGNAFLOW MUFFLER FROM THE EXHAUST HEADERS BACK TO THE NEW STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST TIPS. WE JUST GOT GOING AND DIDN’T QUIT UNTIL WE HAD WORKED ON THE ENTIRE BRONCO WITH NEW PARTS AND FINISHES. EVEN THE TAILGATE HARDWARE WAS BLASTED, ETCH PRIMED AND PAINTED PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY. BOTH THE FACTORY LICENSE PLATE LIGHT AND THE RELOCATED SWING AWAY LIGHT WOTK AND HAVE NEW BULBS ETC.
THE SOFT TOP WENT ON FIRST AND AFTER A FITTING AND PHOTO SHOOT WE REMOVED IT AND REINSTALLED THE FRESH HARD TOP. PICTURES WILL INCLUDE NO TOP,SOFT TOP, AND HARD TOP EQUIPPED WITH GUN RACKS AND FIRE EXTINGUISHER, NEW HEADLINER AND AWESOME CHROME FACTORY BOW. WE HAVE ORDERED DARK GREEN GLASS FOR THE HARD TOP TO ADD TO THE CUSTOM BLACK OUT LOOK . IT WILL BE SHIPPED WITH NEW GLASS INSTALLED. THE TOP WAS IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION PRIOR TO PAINT AND ASSEMBLY.
DRIVING NOTES: THE STEERING IS OH SO QUICK RATIO, THE TIRES RIDE QUIETLY AND THE AX-15 5 SPEED MAKES ANY TYPE OF DRIVING A PLEASURE. WITH ALL NEW DRIVETRAIN AND SUSPENSION THE BRONK SHOULD FUNCTION WELL FOR MANY MANY YEARS TO COME.! POWER IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE AND THE ENGINE AND CARB ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. WITH ALL THE LINER, INSULATION, AND CARPET THE BRONCO IS EXCEPTIONALLY QUIET COMPARED TO MOST. WE INSTALLED NEW FLIP UP WIPER BLADES AND ARMS WITH THE NEW TINTED WINDSHIELD. THE FLOOR IS COMPLETELY DRY UNDER THE BRONCO BUT WE HAVE ONLY PUT A FEW MINUTES ON THE DRIVETRAIN. WE EXPECT A FULL 50 MILE ROAD TEST TO BE COMPLETED BY 11-10-15 WEATHER PERMITTING. ( WHY MAKE EVERYTHNG NEW AND TAKE IT OUT IN THE RAIN AND MUD BEFORE IT’S DELIVERED?) IF WE HAVE FORGOTTEN ANYTHING WE APOLOGIZE.
